• 30-Day Return Policy

    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. To qualify, returned products must be:

    • In new condition
    • Undamaged and clean
    • In the original packaging, with all included parts and accessories

    We strongly recommend holding onto the original box and inserts during your evaluation period.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    For health and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:

    • Opened or used hygienic products (unless specifically listed as eligible for return)
    • Custom-ordered or special-order items
    • Items clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Specific Non-Returnable Products

    The following items are not returnable under any circumstances:

    • AltiCare Raised Toilet Seat

Restocking Fees

To ensure the continued quality and safety of our equipment, the following restocking fees apply:

  • 15% fee for items returned unopened
  • 25% fee for hygienic items that have been opened or used

These fees help cover the cost of inspection and disposal of the Hygienic Item.

  • Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    We’re happy to provide a prepaid return label for convenience, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund Timing

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Order Cancellations

    If your order has already shipped, it will need to be returned using the process above and restocking fees may apply.
