- We offer a 7-day no questions asked return as long as the box has not been opened.
- For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept the return of some types of goods; lifting slings, any bathing or toileting type of products such as commode, cushions and others. For products which we can accept returns for, ensure you have the original packaging and inserts, otherwise a 15% restocking fee may be applicable.
- Request to return goods must be submitted via the website within 7 days from the date of receiving the unit.
- The buyer must arrange for the return shipping at the buyer’s expense into our warehouse.
- Orders canceled after the product is shipped will still be considered as a return and a return request must be filled out on the website.
- Any refund will be in the form of the original payment method used by the buyer.
