10-Day Return Window: You can return any item within 10 days of purchase. If the item is unopened, there is a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final after this 10-Day return window.

Opened Items: Items that have been opened can still be returned but will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Hygienic Items
- Hygienic Disposal Fee: For hygienic items (e.g., lifting slings, bathing or toileting products) that have been opened, a 25% hygienic disposal fee will be applied. This fee covers the safe and responsible disposal of the product.

Unopened Hygienic Items: If the hygienic item is unopened, it can be returned with a 15% restock fee.
Return Shipping

Return Shipping Responsibility: For all returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you need assistance with return shipping, we can provide a return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
