Try It, Love It, Or Return It
At Mobile Patient lift, we stand behind our products - and beside our customers. That’s why every new Mobile Patient Lift item comes with a 30-Day Return Policy to help you try it with peace of mind. We know this is a big decision. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. To qualify, returned products must be:
- In new condition
- Undamaged and clean
- In the original packaging, with all included parts and accessories
We strongly recommend holding onto the original box and inserts during your evaluation period.
Restocking Fees
To ensure the continued quality and safety of our equipment, the following restocking fees apply:
- 15% fee for items returned unopened
- 25% fee for Hygienic items that have been opened or used
These fees help cover the cost of inspection and disposal of the Hygienic Item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We’re happy to provide a prepaid return label for convenience, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If your order has already shipped, it will need to be returned using the process above and Restocking Fee’s may apply.
